The article is nowhere quite near being GA-quality. The most obvious issue is the lead, which should summarise and never be longer than the body sections.
I've actually been thinking for some time that maybe the Wikipedia article should be about the Apex group, with Scala a section in that article. Both are notable, but apart from the architecture, there's probably not much to say about the Scala individually that doesn't apply to the Siam and Lido. --Paul_012 (talk) 16:14, 6 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
