About the running time
editThe discrepancy can be explained thus: Assuming the original film to be 24 FPS (frames per second), and the PAL DVD release sped up slightly to be 25 FPS, this means that while the DVD has a runtime of about 91½ minutes, the original film would have a runtime of about 95½ minutes (91½ / 24 * 25). A NTSC DVD would have a runtime much closer to the original film runtime.
