General discussion
editAny sourced citations on what this song means or is about? What's the disease?Jdubowsky 09:37, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
- Ahem, is this a *real* question or are you just kidding? You're not waiting for a latin tongue twister you may look for in a medical handbook or so, aren't you?!? ;-) I mean, it's pretty obvious what the disease is, taking hold of your tongue - at least for anybody who felt like Martin when he was a teenager and could not speak to his beloved girl in a way he wanted to speak so badly...
Article notes
editShouldn't it be mentioned that Shake the Disease is the best pop song ever recorded? At least to my opinion...
Singles box set compilations
editIs it singles box set compilationS or singles box set compilation? Is there more than one single box set compilation? Johnnyboytoy (talk) 22:28, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
In popular culture
editThe song was featured in:
- The 2022 Hulu series Welcome to Chippendales: It is played during the end credits of the 6th episode [1].
(other articles like Never Let Me Down Again have their own "In popular culture" section). I thought I would start one here (a) until it is formatted and cited correctly (b) there are more entries. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Riaanvn (talk • contribs) 03:10, 10 May 2023 (UTC)
