duplicate pages
editHello, I propose adding the information on this page to the Devi page and removing this page. Since Shakti and Devi are essentially the same thing it would make sense to make the information more easily searchable. Devi is a much more commonly used term than Shakti, and having this information on the Devi page would make it easier to find. Does anyone have thoughts on this? - Shakti and Mahadevi are essentially the same deity as the Supreme Goddess. Suggest merge.
- However, shakti can be a common noun. shakti can mean power / consort of a Hindu god. Parvati being a shakti of Shiva. Also, in context of Matrikas, shakti is a goddess mirroring the form of a Hindu god e.g. Maheshvari of Shiva. Suggest rewrite of the article in this aspect. Redtigerxyz Talk 14:32, 20 April 2024 (UTC)
