edit- This movie reminds me of "I'll Be Seeing You", same year, 1944, with Cotton and Shirley Temple and Selznick. What's the connection? A spin-off in there? They're very similar. 50.202.81.2 (talk) 07:34, 17 August 2013 (UTC)
- Not sure how you can say they are "very similar" except for both being Selznick pictures starring Cotton and Temple and set during WWII. The directors are different, Cotton and Temple play different characters, there's no relation between the plots, Cotton is actually playing a returned shell shock victim from a mental hospital instead of a military man on leave, and "I'll Be Seeing You" has much darker themes in general since the female lead character is serving time in prison.
