Page Under Construction
editUntitled
editTogether with my team mates NTU-EJH and Jacinthaaa, we will be editing this page as part of our project under the module, HG2052 Language, Technology and the Internet, in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. This page will be under construction until 20 October 2014. Apologies for any inconvenience caused! --Foo Elizabeth (talk) 14:08, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
Brief Review
editMy students revised this page for a course (HG2052: Language, Technology and the Internet) and I am adding a couple of comments as the final review. Francis Bond (talk) 02:41, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
- the page has really added a lot of useful information — a huge improvement
- There is a bit of redundancy --- the same information in many places
- I am not sure if we really need the sections under Language systems: they all have their own pages, and are linked in the paragraph above.
- The section on Current approaches to deaf education does not really make clear how much sign is being taught and where. It just repeats information from higher up.
- identical references should be merged (I did one)
- "Wang, Li-Sa. "The Politics of Educating the Deaf In Singapore: Challenges to Achieving Inclusion"." has no publication information
