Effeminate fellow and chair of curved rod
editMention who was that "effeminate" sounding fellow who told Woody to sit in the chair that was composed of merely a curved rod, and if there are other chairs like it out there. Jidanni (talk) 02:03, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
The Sleeper Awakes
editThe only real element of the book in this film is the long sleep. I would suggest "inspired by" rather than "loosley based on".

Summary
editCould someone update the 'plot' of the movie, to a 'Summary' of the film. Things like the personal helicopter and other moments like that aren't mentioned, and many of the plot twists are also missing. I've seen the movie once, and remember there being lots more to the story then just this rough outline of what happened. (2602:306:B8FF:B0D0:7C06:954E:528:86F2 (talk) 01:50, 29 June 2014 (UTC))
- You are free to edit the article but please read WP:FILMPLOT first. We don't include every single detail of films storyline. MarnetteD|Talk 17:01, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
- Surprising that the plot fails to mention both Miles' encounter with the orgasmatron and his winning the Miss America contest. Martinevans123 (talk) 12:07, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
This source says: "Fun trivia: As silly as the film can be, Allen took science-fiction seriously, meeting with genre giants like Isaac Asimov and Ben Bova beforehand — and including a "2001" nod by having the same actor who voiced HAL, Douglas Rain, provide the voice of his film's evil computer. (Another vocal cameo: Jackie Mason, who dubbed the mechanical tailor.)"
Is this correct? How could it be properly sourced? Martinevans123 (talk) 13:48, 25 July 2021 (UTC)
