Summary
editsomeone needs to add a summary to sleepless in seattle. I've never really watched it all the way through so I'm still kinda confused about the movie. So someone add a quick plot summary.Bubbleboys 04:31, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)
The film is very similar to The Courtship of Eddie's Father. The film, not the TV series. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.129.76.41 (talk • contribs) 06:31, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
Remake or not?
editArticle at English wiki claims that
- "The film is essentially a reworking of An Affair to Remember, using both its theme song and clips from the film in critical scenes as well as the meeting at the Empire State Building."
(This movie is not a remake of the 1957 movie An Affair to Remember. Only with Cary Grant und Deborah Kerr; the Remake is Love Affair with Annette Bening and Warren Beatty (1994). Only the scene, where on of the couple waits for the other in Empire State Building is a Handlungszitat - I don't know how to translate to English.) I've put this note to the Talk pages of both articles - the English and German one.--158.195.96.9 18:10, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Sleepless in seattle.jpg
editImage:Sleepless in seattle.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Soundtrack
editIMDB lists 22 songs in the movie soundtrack page. I have edited the article to try to make it clear that the movie is not limited to the 12 songs in the album.1archie99 (talk) 06:27, 7 January 2015 (UTC)
