Plot description

edit

The plot description is too detailed, and to judge from the grammar, written by an 8 year old American. It should be abbreviated, and written in proper English. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.197.15.138 (talk) 07:19, 3 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

The part about selling the revised Small Soldiers to South America rebels is incorrect. In the movie, Gil says sarcastically, "I know a bunch of South American rebels who are gonna love these guys." This line implies that he intends to sell them the military or covert agencies in those countries for use against the rebels. --Feltzer99 (talk) 07:58, 19 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Reception section

edit

Because it has no context, I believe the "Reception" section should be removed. 210.4.122.111 (talk) 15:07, 30 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, don't bother replacing it or anything. I'd do it right now, but I have better things to do. All you really need to do is shove the score from RottenTomatoes on there, and possibly an Ebert quote, if one exists. 98.108.219.37 (talk) 03:47, 21 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

There, you lazy bastards. Jg2904 (talk) 17:23, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Phil Hartman

edit

"The character of Phil Fimple was originally chosen to be the only character to be killed off, but actor Phil Hartman was shot dead by his wife just before production began, so the character's life was spared."

That makes no sense. Can someone explain? Mezigue (talk) 16:40, 12 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure, but it is not verifiable. I've removed it. Erik (talk | contribs) 16:52, 12 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Commercial success

edit

"the film was a commercial box office success." Really? A little under 55 million on a 40 million dollar budget doesn't sound like a huge success for a hollywood movie... -- Imladros (talk) 07:27, 15 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
