I recently published the article Soft Power of India in Africa. Despite multiple attempts to address the "promotional tone" issue, I’ve been unable to resolve it entirely. Could someone please assist me in removing any promotional language and ensuring the article adheres to Wikipedia's standards?

The message currently on the article reads:
