Race results (timings) in the article
editI changed the time format in the article to a more standard one (mm:ss.hh and hh:mm:ss). Speaking of which: there are probably more than 50 individual race results (timings) listed in the article, which is way too much. World/Continental/Olympic record times are notable, while season's bests and national records are not - needs to be trimmed down. GregorB (talk) 21:20, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
Referencing
editI removed the unreferenced BLP, because that tag alone put the life of this article in jeopardy--which is a stupid result of some overactive deletionists--a fate this article does not deserve. But there certainly is not full referencing for the volume of material in this article, and (agreeing with the above poster) this article probably shouldn't be quite this long and detailed. Its great information but you overwhelm the reader.Trackinfo (talk) 06:30, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Significant Bias
editThe Chinese of 93 never failed a drugs test. They were tested numerous time throughout the year, especially after their WR performances in sepetember, by both national authorities and more importantly the IAAF in a surprise trip to Ma's camp late that year.
I know there will always be scepticism of the Chinese due to the nature of their performances but you need to be neutral. Controversial? Definitely. 'Convicted?' No. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.96.170.233 (talk) 17:19, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
