Not trying to "beat a dead horse" here but why remove it, some portions of the film especially from the trailer has suspense and intense moments from the film that make it more reminiscent as psychological thriller. On top of that I had to find A LOT of reliable sources to confirm that Southpaw is also considered to be a thriller.--AnimeDisneylover95 (talk) 02:15, 25 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
"Any further discussion should be done on the film's Talk page" does not mean go and once again put in your edit in the article. Stop WP:edit warring and follow WP:BRD. You need consensus. As I said on my Talk page, WP uses reviews by critics as reliable sources. The majority of them do not call it a thriller. Announcements of upcoming films before their release and trailers are not what we go by. And we list the primary genre. There's often a number of possible subgenres, but we avoid listing them in the lead. In this case, the film is primarily a drama, and we've already got sports film in addition to that. Rotten Tomatoes calls it a drama: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/southpaw_2015/ You previously gave Metacritic, and it lists "Thriller" fourth. Not a primary genre. We go by the majority. The critical consensus. - Gothicfilm (talk) 03:05, 25 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
FYI I ONLY did it on this films' talk page and if you continue saying that I am edit warring constantly you are DEAD WRONG. I haven't been reverting constantly the past few hours, if I was then I would been reported and block. But seriously I'm so sick and tired of you "beating a dead horse" here and dismissing the film as a thriller. What's worse, you continuously justify yourself on what YOU believe is reliable like Rotten Tomatoes, but why no Yahoo Movies or other film source site seriously are you just going to dismiss them as not RELIABLE Information?--AnimeDisneylover95 (talk) 03:30, 25 July 2015 (UTC) :(Reply
I did put it on, but that was NOT a revert, unlike what happened yesterday. Just stop generalizing I was edit warring on this page man, If I did, I would've been doing the undo edit constantly on the same edit you reverted all night then having me blocked. So Say what you want mister but enough is enough of you justifying your arguments on the film.---AnimeDisneylover95 (talk) 03:48, 25 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
