Help appreciated.

LT speed skating in 1989 in Sofia?

The FISU website at http://www.fisu.net/en/FISU-Speed-Skating-3544.html lists the 1989 - 14th Winter Universiade – Sofia (BUL) as a Universiade where a long track speed skating tournament was held. So far I haven't found any results or other indicators that a tournament was held in Sofia. Also, I'm not aware of any 400 meters speed skating rink existing in Bulgaria.
