Why is it said that Spike appears in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
editSpike cannot be found in the movie. Whom appears in both the ending alongside Pete and Horace Horsecollar as mentioned, as well as when Eddie Valiant crashes the car in Toontown, is a round, short, anthropomorphic dog dressed in uniform that looks nothing like Spike whatsoever. It doesn't make sense for Spike to exist in the movie because the whole absence of Tom and Jerry was due to rights issues, therefore another character that is legally a Tom and Jerry character (unless there was some kind of loophole because of the Spike and Tyke shorts) logically wouldn't exist. What initial source do we have confirming this character in the movie is officially meant to be Spike? TommyJayey (talk) 03:29, 13 September 2023 (UTC)
