Those sources may say that as well, but google books shows 726 sources for "Fritz Lang" and "Spies" source and 664 for "Fritz Lang" and "Spione" 664.source. If you google search it for the web, "Fritz Lang Spies" comes up with 81,200 entries. while "Fritz Lang Spione" comes up with 19,600 entries.sourcesource.
