Necessity for Edits

This page needs a LOT of updating and editing. A lot of fluff has been removed (which I approve of), but a result of said removals is some choppy pacing, holes in the content, and strange grammar. Recommend referring to other, larger college's pages for a framework for what to include on this page. We should also continue efforts to keep college promo and similar fluff out of the article.
