It appears that the history is copied verbatim from a newspaper article. Rather than reprint copyrighted material, new text should be written that cites the paper as a source. Rob Standefertalk06:39, 2 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

The line about Johnny's Italian Steak House seems like a commercial plug, or just some dude's opinion. Its a completely subjective statement and has no place in a Wikipedia article.
