editSuggested new titles:
- Super-chicken model
- Super-chicken study
- Super-chicken
- William Muir's chicken research
- Super-chicken phenomenon
- Super-chicken experiment
- Super-chicken analogy
- Super-chicken study and model
- I'm inclined toward Super-chicken study as there appears to be enough sources for that, and it is a clearer title. SilkTork (talk) 12:42, 4 December 2019 (UTC)
- I also think that the Super-chicken study is the most appropriate title. Lightburst (talk) 15:05, 4 December 2019 (UTC)
- I also agree with "study" based on sources reviewed in the AfD. – Levivich 15:49, 4 December 2019 (UTC)
- Not a binary choice.
- Super-chicken study and model is my recommendation. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 02:37, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
- Opposed to making it about the model or analogy. IMO the article should've been something other than kept at AfD (which isn't necessarily to say deleted) because there was certainly no consensus that the analogy was itself notable, but that's what the subject of the AfD was (being that we evaluate topics rather than content). If someone wants to use the text to create a separate article on the study, they're certainly welcome to do so. Seems like Super-chicken or the like would be best for that. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 03:29, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
- Super-chicken would need dab from Super Chicken and Super Chikan; hence I think "study" is the best natural dab. – Levivich 03:36, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
- [[[Super chicken (disambiguation)]] at the top is fine. We will have more super chickens in the future anyway. Plus it gets them all together in one place. -- GreenC 02:30, 8 December 2019 (UTC)
- Study is not a good choice IMO. There are two things: the original study (of actual chickens) and a motivational speaker's appropriation of it as an analogy for better teamwork in business. One is a study, the other is not. However the study is an analogy since there is no such thing as a "super-chicken", that is an analogous term. And the phrase "Super-chicken model/study/analogy" isn't right, it should be just "Super-chicken" with "(analogy)" as a dab. Thus Super-chicken (analogy) because the concept of a super-chicken is most common to both, and shortest, and would be the name, if not the need for a dab. -- GreenC 20:14, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
- Comment I understand your thoughts.
- However, if we went with your proposal, it at least would need a hat note for the other Super Chicken. See Super Chicken theme song via YouTube. Super Chicken of George of the Jungle 7&6=thirteen (☎) 20:23, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
- Superchicken model because that is the text in the TED talk which popularized the idea. Also relates to superstars. A few have mentioned Superchicken Management Model and SuperChicken Model of Leadership. Vitality curve uses "model" 9 times, with some criticism. Many sources say "rank and yank" (removing low performers instead of combining top performers) is also a bad performance model. Heffernan says this is a flawed model for increasing productivity, where superflock is a better model. StrayBolt (talk) 20:45, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
