Really good introduction. Kept it short but within first paragraph I had the general understanding of what TERRAWODE is.
Programs are very clear, I have no real background knowledge but I could easily follow along.
Felt like a very neutral point of view, didn't notice any bias throughout.
Potential addition areas:
A little more could be added to the history section. You mention that it has evolved since it began in 1999 but there is no real mention of why/how it evolved and to an extent it sounds like their end goal hasn't actually changed. They still want to eliminate it but they are just taking a wider approach to it as a whole.
Sources are really good but could be strengthen with a few more as well
