Tāndavā
editMonier William's Sanskrit -English dictionary:p.1074 says, lord Shiva is fond of dancing and drinking intoxicating drink.
The view that shiva dances vigorously due to the intoxication should also be noted. Hence Tāndavā is dance of intoxication. Is there any further references for this? So tha we can add the view also.--powerprowess (talk) 09:40, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
