Standing on AGT
editI've reviewed my tape of America's Got Talent several times. The Millers and All That were declared the runner-ups, and they received cars. Then Taylor Ware, Bianca Ryan, and Celtic Spring were remaining. Bianca was the winner; therefore Taylor and Celtic Spring were behind The Millers and All That for 4th and 5th place. Don't ask me why they decided to go with this confusing (and IMO, disheartening) arrangement, but that's the standings. Tinlinkin 08:24, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, I get it. Sorry for my incorrect edit. So after all that Taylor didn't win anything? Poor thing. Marsoult 12:02, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
Taylor's CD
editWhat is the name of Taylor's current album? MeMySelfandI December 7 2006 7:10 (UTC)
Violinist??
editI think if the only indication that she is a violinist is that she played when she was four years old, that category should not be included. Are there sources indicating that she plays currently? A look at the list of people in the category suggests that most, if not all, of them are quite accomplished as violinists in the classical sense, or as very talented fiddlers. Unless Taylor was a violin prodigy at age four and has continued developing her talent, she does not belong in that category. I'll wait a while for comments before deleting. I thought that if a person played violin (or any other type of instrument), be in the past or future, they are immediate violinists. I guess I was wrong, huh? If you delete, it won't really bother me. I'm not worried. Fanficgurl 5:42 July 5 2007
Official website dead?
editHi everybody, the official website leads me to a domain selling portal - can anyone shed light on this? ChronowerX (talk) 09:07, 30 June 2016 (UTC)
Active until present?
editHer last album was released in 2007 according to our article. Her website went offline some time in 2014, but the latest working snapshot shows that the site was last updated probably around the 2008 Christmas season. Last film appearing on her IMDb page released in 2010, last tweet in 2015. I don’t know what to write as the end of her active period, but she’s certainly no longer active. —Tacsipacsi (talk) 20:11, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
- None of us really knows how active she is. Since this is a BLP we can't assume anything that is not sourced. We can't make a WP:SYN conclusion (i.e., "I can't find anything about her so she must not be active"). Without a source that she is no longer active in the entertainment industry we can't state that she isn't. For all we know she could be performing on college campuses, state fairs, etc. (though not now because of the pandemic). We should either leave it as it is or remove that parameter from the infobox. Sundayclose (talk) 16:32, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
- Previously there were videos on YouTube about her singing on state fair-like events, while I can’t find newer ones, so I’m pretty sure she’s no longer active at all. I understand that explicitly stating that she’s gone inactive is against WP:SYN, but I think saying she’s active until present is an unsourced statement as well, so let’s remove the infobox parameter entirely. —Tacsipacsi (talk) 00:40, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
