Counting is still in progress and the seat has not yet been declared. She is not a Member of the House of Representatives until she is sworn in. The image has no metadata and is of poor resolution and quality. It is highly unlikely that the photo is the creation of the uploader, and upon a cursory search, appears to be a screenshot of the video here. WP:COPYVIO and requires deletion. Timeshift (talk) 04:59, 28 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
