The content at Sankarnagar suggested that these two places are the same, the name Sankarnagar being an informal local name arising because of a cement factory. The census, at least in 2001, seemed to prefer that name. Merge? Klbrain (talk) 21:18, 31 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
