October 2009
editI have reverted a series of edits creating and expanding an unsourced "Controversy" section. If any reliable sources can be cited for this content, please provide them. Thanks Tiderolls 14:06, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
Setlist
editI think it should be noted somewhere in the setlist that he switches songs on occasion. At the concert I went to in Tampa about 3 weeks ago, he played Roadhouse Blues by The Doors instead of Bad Case Of Lovin' You, and he played Runaway, which hasn't been in most concerts of this tour.--Insaneingus (talk) 19:44, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
I agree, I was at their 2nd Meadowlands show and the list was different. lord xeon (talk) 17:47, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
Table format
editA table was added as a WP:BOLD move, which I made some changes to it and those changes were deleted without an edit summary when the edit was not vandalism, I am opening up a discussion here. First, the flagicons are only being used to decorate the article since the countries names are also in the table and add no additional encyclopedic value per WP:ICONDECORATION. Second, the cities, countries and venues do not need to be repeated every row if they are the same and colspan="#" can be used instead. Third, the section headings are completely unnecessary in a table. Fourth, the forced widths of the columns only seem to be there to try and fill the entire screen when it should simply be the largest entry in any given column. Fifth, the "big" formatting just seem to make the words extra-bold, when one level of boldness is all that is necessary. Per the WP:BRD, I am goign to revert to the reversion version until a consensus is decided here. Aspects (talk) 20:26, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
Yo man since when are you in charge of what is done? I dont like how your doing it, the way I made it was much cooler. lol —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.141.167.128 (talk) 17:24, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
- Then you need to explain why your version is better so a consensus can be formed, instead of simply stating it looks "much cooler." Aspects (talk) 19:52, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
New tour?
editAren't the new tour dates for next year part of a new tour and not The Circle Tour? --Starman15317 (talk) 02:24, 9 December 2010 (UTC) Its the same tour. When they announced The Circle Tour they said it would be 135 shows in 30 countries, So can you please revise this article —Preceding unsigned comment added by 119.42.76.178 (talk) 03:48, 7 January 2011 (UTC)
WikiProject Bon Jovi proposal
editI have proposed the creation of a WikiProject Bon Jovi here. If you would like to join or give input, please comment there. Thanks! Toa Nidhiki05 19:53, 18 November 2011 (UTC)
Gulf Shores Concert
editThere were 85 shows on The Circle Tour as it said in the infobox, but there are 84 shows in Tour dates section. So I have checked and found out that Gulf Shores concert held on October 15, 2010. is not on the list, so I added it to the section. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mpavletic (talk • contribs) 13:19, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
Lorenza Ponce on violin
editI found two different pieces of information that clearly contradict one another. This is the information I found while reading Bon Jovi#Band members= Lorenza Ponce- violin, backing vocals (2005-2009) and this is the information I found while reading The Circle Tour#Personnel= Lorenza Ponce- violin, backing vocals. The Circle Tour didn't begin until 2010 but the main Bon Jovi article says she only toured from 2005-2009. I think we need to check on which bit of information is correct. These articles aren't consistent with each other and I would like for someone else to verify that Lorenza did, in fact, play during this tour. Furthermore, I have seen many shows from this tour and didn't see her in any of them. The fact that Lorenza Ponce is listed as a guest musician on this tour only contradicts the information saying that she was a touring member from 2005-2009. Maybe she only played at a few shows in which case I think there should be a note of that at the bottom of the page. --Kevjgav (talk) 22:55, 23 April 2015 (UTC)
