A Novel with the same name coming next year
editIn 2015, John Scalzi will be releasing a novel using the same name as this episode. So how does naming work in this situation? The End of All Things (novel) is the likely name for the book. Would this article need a name change to The End of All Things (episode) and then a Disambiguation page would be created using this article's name? Frmorrison (talk) 18:38, 19 September 2014 (UTC)
- When the time comes, we can always move this to The End of All Things (Fringe), per WP:MOSTV#Naming conventions. It often depends on which article is more popular or commonly associated with the title. My thinking is that the Scalzi novel should be The End of All Things (novel) and the Fringe episode should be The End of All Things (Fringe), but we will know more once the novel article is created (such as whether it is known enough to just remove "novel" from the title). - So the novel's schedule has been released, so I could create its article. I will try move this article to The End of All Things (Fringe). --Frmorrison (talk) 21:01, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
- To boot, the upcoming disambig page should note that all these are making reference to Return of the King when Frodo says, “I am glad you are here with me. Here at the end of all things, Sam.” Thmazing (talk) 23:30, 1 January 2017 (UTC)
