With respect, psychoanalysis of a work of fiction is as useful as psychoanalysis of physics. It's fiction, not a biography or autobiography. Hence, one can only reverse-psychoanalyze the author at the time of writing. One may wish to analyze the audience, but that fails on grounds of diversity, as some will view the film just to watch a film, others are "dragged" to the film by a significant other, still others to see "what it's all about" and still others are attached psychologically to the film. Hence, lacking a control group, common motivation, etc, one lacks full insight to gain any analysis.Wzrd1 (talk) 04:28, 31 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

The links make the article so much better than what was there before.

What is suppose to be the Wiki policy about links to sources that come up error message because they do not exist. Are the error messaged source notes to be retained with a note that further search has found them or other suitable ones elsewhere with the new "view date".?SharpQuillPen (talk) 03:49, 29 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
