I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Specifically NRL?

Is it the NRL footy show or the ARL footy show or neither? Perhaps this article should be called 'The Footy Show (rugby league)' as the National Rugby League itself may or may not have anything to do with it. Remember, State of Origin and international matches are not NRL matches. I could be wrong though and maybe the show is a project of the NRL, but I've seen nothing to indicate as much.--Jeff79 (talk) 02:49, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

The NRL Footy Show → The Footy Show (rugby league) — The program is titled The Footy Show, not The NRL Footy Show. The standard method of disambiguation method on Wikipedia is to use the disambiguation in parentheses after the common name, as in The Footy Show (rugby league) or The Footy Show (NRL). As noted by Jeff79 above, this program discusses rugby league outside the NRL per se, so the former title would seem more appropriate.
