Rosewater!

If rosewater is that unfamiliar today, how come I can buy it by the bottle in supermarkets and even corner shops? Stub Mandrel (talk) 15:36, 24 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

I changed this to "ingredients that are uncommon in modern cooking". They are familiar and not difficult to find at shops but they are not commonly used. Modern cookbooks only infrequently include a recipe with rosewater but some Middle Eastern cookbooks still use it. Spudlace (talk) 06:43, 25 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
