dortmunder is not the one that's approached by dr.amusa. it's actually andrew kelp, dortmunder's brother in law. dortmunder has to be convinced to join in, and than he agrees to run the job. incidently, this film is extraordinary. strange that its very rarely mentioned by those that were involved, especially redford. it's better than most of his other films. also quincy jones' music seems impossible to obtain even though it's also a masterpiece.Longinus876 15:32, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

world trade centre trivia

Why is a helicopter flying past a building and the scene not making a later tv edit notable, even as trivia? Am I missing an anachronism or something? Long ago I heard that this was the first Hollywood movie where bad guys got away in the end. Seems ridiculous now that I think about it, but can anyone speak to this?

It sounds like he quickly says 'bananastand' which is what it is in the book and in quotes. I appreciate that there isn't much difference between the two, perhaps both should be included?—blindlynx (talk) 19:40, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
