Batde, Alexico, Red Cloud, and location
editThe real Red Cloud was a Sioux and lived in the Great Plains, not Oregon. But that's the name used in the movie.
In the last paragraph of "Production" are the words "batde" and "Alexico". I checked the ref and that's what's in the ref. I can find no such word as "batde" and I don't know what it means or if it's a typo. As for "Alexico", that's a fictional place or a misspelling of Mexico. 70.161.8.90 (talk) 00:44, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- As for Oregon, not so sure of that now. In the film they mention the Lakota and Assiniboine, which are northern Great Plains tribes. They send Mongo to Fort Laramie, in Wyoming, on a journey that only lasts a few days. Where did this Oregon bit come from? 70.161.8.90 (talk) 16:52, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- I've removed Oregon, it was added in 2024 this year, no indication that it's Oregon. 70.161.8.90 (talk) 17:10, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
