Is ANYONE going to mention the sets promoting the film (including the minifigure sub-theme)? Visokor (talk) 11:44, 25 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Movie being used as level pack for Lego Dimensions

edit

Is it worth possibly mentioning the movie being utilised in the video game, Lego Dimensions? I know they made a six-level pack based on this movie, and wondering if their should be a mention of this in the article, alongside any other merchandising. GUtt01 (talk) 10:08, 13 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Riki Lindhome in cast section?

edit

Should we move her up? Ivy talked more than the other villains and now we know that Riki also portrayed the Wicked Witch so... Scream4man (talk) 20:05, 26 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Lego Batman Movie - A Spin-Off, not Prequel

edit

Can we please all agree that this movie is a spin-off of The Lego Movie and not a prequel? There is no evidence whatsoever to suggest that it is a prequel. It is part of the Lego Movie franchise, and as such is a spin-off. Can Wikipedians who see any effort to make this a prequel, revert such edits, if no one puts forward evidence to prove it as such, please?GUtt01 (talk) 19:22, 2 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

First theatrical film based on a licensed property

edit

I know for a fact that The Lego Batman Movie also marks as the first theatrical film based on a licensed property, not just a spin-off to The Lego Movie. Don't believe me? Critical Response - Other nation's reviewers

edit

Is it at all possible to see responses from other nations in regards to reviews of the film? Just to show how it was received in other countries.GUtt01 (talk) 07:58, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Rotten Tomatoes does include some reviews from outside the US, frequently from the UK and sometimes from other countries, for example review from Malaysia, and in other languages such as from Spain (in Spanish), etc...
Is there anything to suggest that reviewers from other countries would view the film any differently? It is unlikely that reviews from other countries would be notable enough to justify including them. -- 109.78.201.0 (talk) 20:56, 20 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

set info

edit

Look, information on the sets MUST be put up on this article. The Lego Movie mentions this sort of thing, so this article has as much right to have that info also. Visokor (talk) 13:35, 21 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

The article for The Lego Movie mentions it, with two sources that also do. That verifiability is what gives it the right to exist. No source, no must. InedibleHulk (talk) 23:34, 27 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Tyrannosaurus

edit

Does it really appear or is it confused with a 50 m tall plasma firing lizard that's called GODZILLA ??? I didn't edit because I don't recall if there's a T.Rex at all. Claunia (talk) 23:04, 23 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Not sure what do you think 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Mario's LOVE (talk) 19:32, 21 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sets of the Lego Batman Movie

edit

Can I add the list of the sets in this page? Oon835 (talk) 13:24, 13 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

As I said on Talk:The_Lego_Movie#Sets_of_Lego_Movie: This is an article about a film, long exhaustive lists of toys are not appropriate or relevant to this encyclopedia article. Not Notable. -- 109.79.67.131 (talk) 19:45, 19 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
A short link to a different page as done here is okay, but the long lists added to other film articles are not good. -- 109.79.67.131 (talk) 19:49, 19 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Animation Type

edit

I think The Lego Batman Movie is also stop motion/computer animation hybrid. --2603:6000:8D00:92AA:148A:9552:6899:4D20 (talk) 15:47, 11 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please read the production details. It is all computer animated. It is not a good idea to ask the same question on multiple article talk pages. -- 109.79.94.23 (talk) 04:22, 14 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Blight

edit

Early in the movie, after Joker has his feelings hurt by Batman, we get a scene in his hideout with him and multiple villains. In some shots, there is a skeleton villain with a green flame around the bones. Could this be Blight? Although Blight is a Batman Beyond villain, the Batman Beyond suit is seen in the Batcave, so there is precedence for his appearance. And if it is Blight, it should be noted as such in the pop culture references section. Historical-Buff (talk) 23:19, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Updating Box Office

edit

I saw that the film was playing at my local theater again, and has been since 2020, as many theaters have been re-releasing older kids films to make up for the lack of other films coming out during COVID. Has this meaningfully impacted the box office gross of the film and should it be updated to reflect this new total? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wherewasmybrain (talkcontribs) 13:22, 25 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
