This article should not be deleted due to the fact that Talbott is one of the most significant authors on Christian Universal Salvation - and possibly the most prominent living author in the field. In fact, a book entitled "Universal Salvation: The Current Debate" has recently come into print, in which multiple authors from various fields (theology, philosophy, church history) either support or deny his arguments.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Crafanc (talk • contribs) 2008-02-03T04:58:49 UTC
Just Curious... does over 14+ (I stopped counting) pages of relevant hits on Google for "Universalism Talbott" constitute some form of "notability"? (http://www.google.com/search?q=universalism+talbott) It would seem that someone has noted him. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.9.12.171 (talk)
Or that a bit of anonymous POV sowing has been going on. However if Talbott was asked to write the entry for "Universalism" in an OUP publication, then he's probably notable. In ictu oculi (talk) 03:38, 5 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
