Thon Maker's High School is NOT "Orangeville Prep". I am his assistant Coach, Sky Smith. His Team is Called "Athlete Institute Prep" (A.I. Prep) or sometimes referred to as simply "Athlete Institute".

This can be verified on our www.gobears.ca/roster/show/2136406?subseason=256069

Please remove "Orangeville Prep" as his High School Team and replace it with "Athlete Institute Prep (A.I. Prep)" or "Athlete Institute".

@Skysmith20: The high school field is not necessarily for the basketball team. Orangeville Prep is the secondary school he attended, and Athlete Institute is where he played basketball. There is a similar case in Australia. In Canberra, there is the Australian Institute of Sport and the UC Senior Secondary College Lake Ginninderra. One is for sporting programs, the other is for education in conjunction with the institute. Many sources list Orangeville Prep as the school he enrolled in and attended. Thon's age verification

There is enormous speculation over the accuracy and verifiability of Thon Maker's age. There are many who argue he is well into his 20s and this would not be unprecendented. There is much lack of verification of his age. I don't know either way, but I think there should be a source on his age regardless of what age our consensus is. @Voyaging: Official sources list February 25, 1997 [1] [2]. That's as far as it needs to go. Posts on reddit started this controversy, then this article from Yahoo debunked it. South Sudanese

His nationality should say South Sudanese not Sudanese. Despite the similarity in name and the fact that they used to be part of the same country, they are two completely different countries with different cultures.
