Tunisian Torshi

In this page, Tunisia was not been mentioned. However, Tunisian people have a deep-rooted culinary history related to pickled vegetable and especially to Torshi. Torshi is a common word used by Tunisians that refer to pickled turnips with vinegar and salt. the sugar is not used. Some harissa is added when serving. It is a very common side dish, especially in the wintertime.
