About Landesman
editAlthough there is no article for the author upon whose story this film is based, there is one for Daniel Radosh that summarizes the controversy associated with that New York Times story. For context's sake, I suggest that Peter Landesman's name be linked to Radosh's article until one is established in his own name. Asat 06:46, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
- I copied the text on the controversy.--Patrick 22:37, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
Language
editAlicja Bachleda speaks Polish. Her character in the film is from Poland as well. Her character briefly listens to her female captor speak Russian during the airport scene near the beginning. Other than that, all the Slavic spoken in the film is Polish. So, I added in Polish above Russian in the language list.
plot
editPerhaps I missed something but I don't recall any conversation where the girl mentions being worried about rejection by the mother for having performed oral sex, etc. (79.190.69.142 (talk) 10:36, 22 March 2010 (UTC))
She does it in the van right after they left the "sex-field". In the scene, where she scratches her nails on the van's floor. She doesn't specifically mention the oral sex though. 77.209.164.24 (talk) 21:39, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
Box office
editThe numbers for the box office income differ highly between the info-box in the upper right and the "box office performance" section. 77.209.164.24 (talk) 21:46, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
