Intensifying at an abnormally low latitude, change comma to period, capitalize the next letter.

For your third point, if you see the map at page 44 of the JTWC report, it shows that Axel developed into a tropical storm on 6 January, and for your fourth point, the JMA didn't start naming storms until 2000. OhHaiMark (talk) 16:42, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
