Article change

This article was about the UGC cinema chain. It was changed to an article about the University Grants Commission with no discussion. If no one objects I will revert to the last version about the UGC cinema chain. --Mr link 19:08, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

I have reverted the page. I was going to move the University Grants Commission page but it already exists (with the same content) at University Grants Commission (Sri Lanka). --Mr link 16:38, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:UGC Cinemas.gif

Image:UGC Cinemas.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. UGC vs Pathe/Gaumont
