Merged with material from the entry Uliana Lopatkina, which was removed from that entry. A redirection link was put on the Uliana Lopatkina page to this page. Current preferred English spelling of Lopatkina's first name is Ulyana, and not Uliana, as appears in her biography at the Mariinsky Theater site. Bluemaster (talk) 22:54, 30 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Bandy legged and quite fat? 1. No idea what Bandy legged is supposed to mean. It sounds like some 19th Century British terminology from an Oscar Wilde story. The next part... and quite fat? Really? Are we going to include something as crass as that in a serious article. How vulgar! Maybe she was overweight? Maybe she just thought she was? Who knows. It's an amazingly stupid and mean-spirited sentence to put in what is supposed to be a serious encyclopedia entry. I fixed it a little but there are many elements of this article that should be edited. 108.202.113.201 (talk) 02:53, 21 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

I've addressed the comments earlier and rewritten the opening of the 'Performances and Repertoire' section. I've also added some citations for the descriptions used. I'll try and come back later to improve, but any help on this front much appreciated! pgbrown (talk) 08:13, 9 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
