As you can see, each of these IPs is in the range 105.112.16-45.*
. That range seems to belong to Airtel Nigeria, suggesting that the sockmaster is either a mobile subscriber, or an employee of, Airtel Nigeria.
I have reverted the vandalism and warned each of those IP accounts, and will leave the matter there for now, but if the vandalism resumes, I will at least seek page protection for the article. As a last resort, a block of those IPs and perhaps the whole range to which they belong, might be appropriate.
