RfC regarding redirect

edit

The consensus is that this should exist as an independent article. There is no prejudice against revisiting this if editors determine that this is not part of a university system and if the University of the Philippines at Cebu is not its own entity. Cunard (talk) 05:30, 26 February 2017 (UTC)

Should this exist as an independent article or should it be converted into a redirect? KDS4444 (talk) 14:39, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Further commentary

edit

I had converted this article into a redirect awhile ago given that the subject appeared to be non-notable (as it was only a college campus of a larger university and as the references did not appear to include independent coverage in reliable secondary sources that actually discussed the subject in depth). Another editor reverted this, so am now seeking wider community input. KDS4444 (talk) 14:42, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Part of a university system?

edit

I'm trying to understand if this is actually part of a university system. (Like University of California and University of California, Berkeley). If it is something like that, we can keep separate articles. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 09:34, 14 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Summoned by bot. If the University of the Philippines at Cebu is its own entity, I support keeping the article separate to maintain consistency with pages like University of the Philippines Diliman Extension Program in Pampanga, University of the Philippines Diliman Extension Program in Olongapo and University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College.
