WE&CPR vs CP&SLJR
editWas the line called "The West End and Crystal Palace Railway" or "The Crystal Palace and South London Junction Railway". I wonder if the line the other "Crystal Palace" station was on was called "The West End and Crystal Palace Railway"
- see talk of the West End and Crystal Palace Railway, i've asked the same question after reading about the history of the LCDR Pickle 15:09, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
Deletion ???
editSorry Qutezuce, i think we should keep this page. There are plenty of shorter railway station stubs out there, there are plenty on closed stations and its been deemed somewhere that all railway stations are notable (your proposed criteria for deletion). You've also not amused me by a) not outline why anywhere and b) not telling anyone (as the template you used suggests). We're not all omnipresent with limitless time, this is a low priority article but worthy of mention. Pickle 01:54, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
sources for expansion
edit"Disused Stations" of "Subterranea Britannica" has a great page here on the station and other stations in the line. Pickle 01:58, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
Location?
editThe 'Current' section says that "The station's location sits in Dulwich Woods, providing a popular local footpath." - but I'm fairly sure that isn't true. Lordship Lane railway station does sit in Dulwich woods. Anyone able to confirm?
