Issue with the establishment year of the university

In the article establishment date of the university is given 2002 but in 2002 only Law College Dehradun was established. As Government data from the page http://www.governoruk.gov.in/pages/display/74-private-universities it was " Constituted under Notification No. 59/XXXVI (3)/2013/64(1)/2012, Dated 15 February 2013, Vidhayee & Sansdiya Karya Vihag, Uttarakhand Shasan) Governed by The Uttaranchal University Act, 2012 (Uttarakhand Adhiniyam Sankhya 11 of 2013".
