CSD note
editThis article is a cut/paste move of Draft:V. C Harris. The draft contains attribution to another Wikipedia article in its edit history which was lost in this version. Jbh Talk 13:40, 13 April 2018 (UTC)
May I know which article you are talking about ? I can't find any considerable attribution change/removal in current version.

editThis page should not be speedily deleted because I wrote this on my own and I haven't made any copy pastes. What I did was, I translated this from Malayalam Wikipedia. This person, we are discussing, is a prolific academic figure in Kerala. I have plan for further expansion. I am trying to collect and read his works and interviews. After that, I will try making this a good quality article. --Wayanadan (talk) 18:48, 13 April 2018 (UTC)
- The first edit in what was the draft version had attribution (the translated from…) required for copyright purposes. If you translate or take text from a Wikipedia article it must be attributed in the edit summary. The main space article, because it did not have that, needed to be deleted and replaced with the version which did. Jbh Talk 21:25, 13 April 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks for flagging that up. I was just about to start editing the article, to get rid of some of its bigger 'issues' (such as dead-end, orphan, etc.) as well as correcting some of the language and factual content, but I think I won't now, given that there is a potential copyright infringement at play. Seems to me like the original editor should address that first. DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:59, 14 June 2018 (UTC)
- @DoubleGrazing: I just checked the history of the page. The cut/paste has been fixed and the correct attribution is now in place. Jbh Talk 15:12, 14 June 2018 (UTC)
