edit- I personally know Mr. Vijay Kalantri for last 5 decades and he is not a Doctor nor has done PhD. I personally can confirm as I am his nephew and know him for last 5 decades. Best way to confirm is to ask his office for the degree or certificate. 68.238.254.137 (talk) 15:42, 9 July 2024 (UTC)
