Why this occur? An analysis: When India became independent we had excellent people the gains of which are evident today. Later on corruption seeped in to the system. Thus many youth were aimless. Vikas Dubey is a concrete case. Not underprivileged but a Brahmin with adequate resources went into crime. It is evident also he was quite naive. After the death of his wife he married a Kayastha lady. Under her influence he liquidated a Brahman political leader Shukla. As a result he got used and lost also the sympathy of Brahmins as well, became an extremely dangerous hit-man. This end was anticipated but it can be suggested in the end he did not fight like Shri Prakash Shukla who never surrendered. Tragic end India needs to reform her society.

Controversy After vikas dubey encounter lot of people came forward to prove it as a fake encounter. Because vikas dubey had a lot of connection with politicians and police officers. so, they planned and encounter to escape from their criminal act exposure.
