- Giving this article the expansion it deserves would make it too large and unwieldy for merging into another already big ass article. - Redirect. This article should redirect to Looting#War_loot and have any of its NPOV, well-sourced info merged there. This article is poorly written, and its poor citations make it difficult to legitimately merge any valuable content into Looting; luckily, many sources are available. Translate from German and Russian wikis
editA cursory glance at articles in other languages suggets that there is substatnial material to be translated from German and Russian wikis.
