English Wikipedians users are invited to reread FINA rules and discover Rumania got qualified by a World League quota because Serbia was already qualified with a World Cup quota, whatever the calender. The FINA qualified team page shows that for Rumania on 5th March, but the page was updated on July when groups were published.

Rules of qualification: "6.4.1 - The competition shall be between a maximum of sixteen (16) teams selected in the following manner (BL 9.3.10.5.1):

a. The four (4) highest ranking teams from the World Cup 2010, two (2) highest ranking teams from the World League 2010, one (1) team from the host country (CHN) and nine (9) teams from the five continents to be selected through a qualifying tournament or continental championship. The nine (9) teams from the continents shall be selected according to the following formula: Europe – 3, Americas – 2, Asia – 2, Africa – 1 and Oceania – 1 (BL 9.3.10.5.2)

b. If any one of the teams qualified from the World League 2010 are in the first four (4) of the World Cup 2010, the next ranked team from that World Cup qualifies (BL 9.3.10.5.3)"

a. WC is first quoted.
b. WL quota is given to a WC team if WL 1st and 2nd are already qualified by WC. But certainly, "Bobicak knows better than FINA" Sebjarod (talk) 19:03, 28 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

It only proves that I'm right. Serbia and Montenegro won gold and silver medals on WL. Romania won visa for Shanghai because they were the next ranked team from that World Cup qualifies. -- Bojan  Talk  20:07, 28 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Quota from WC first to be considered because FINA rules stated so. The logic told Serbia was qualified before WC, but administratively, Serbia qualified officially with the WC.
This recent article precises that one of the teams qualified to the 2012 Olympic Games may be on the African federation quota even if it is the final ranking of Olympic Qualification tournament that will be considered. Sebjarod (talk) 20:16, 28 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Serbia and Montenegro qualified through World League, Romania did not, they didn't play on final torunament. Romania qualified thanks to fact that Serbia won first place on World Cup. -- Bojan  Talk  20:22, 28 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Aknowledged by FINA press release that contradict the FINA list published on 5 March 2011 (that inspired the tabel onfr.wiki). Sebjarod (talk) 20:32, 28 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Do you can say something else then quoting FINA? I also find that FINA supports my claim. From reading present version, I conclude that Romania participated and won high place on WL. -- Bojan  Talk  20:47, 28 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
