Land acknowledgement?

Is there a standard way of incorporating a land acknowledgement on pages about towns that European colonists situated on the land of indigenous people? According to this resource https://native-land.ca/ the land was occupied by the Nipmuc, Agawam, Massa-adchu-es-et (Massachusetts), and Pawtucket tribes.
