Stansted Mountfitchet
editIs there any reason Stansted Mountfitchet is listed as being on the Stansted Airport branch, when (as far as I can tell) it's on the mainline? --88.109.229.4 15:03, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
What does the numbers in the root map mean no mention anywhere
Platform Extensions
editAs far as I know, no extensions are required at Bishops Strotford and Tottenham Hale- they've been 12 carriage stations for a long time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cambridge al (talk • contribs) 14:50, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
updating page
editI am looking to update this page over the next few months to improve the history and information available on this line. if you are interested in helping please contact me via my talk pageDavidvaughanwells (talk) 23:50, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
The way Wikipedia has divided the history of the railway in this area up is confusing (to my mind) and the Lea Valley Lines page covers several lines all deserving of better coverage. I thus propose over 2014 to produce the following pages:
- West Anglia Main Line (Liverpool St - Hackney Downs - Cambridge, Stansted Airport Branch and Stratford - Coppermill Junction)
- Chingford branch (Liverpool St - Chingford)
- Enfield Town (Liverpool Street - Seven Sisters - Enfield Town)
- Southbury Loop
- Lower Edmonton low level (to be expanded to include history of the line as it was only station on this route).
Maintain the Lea Valley Lines page largely as is but with links to more detailed histories of the line
Any views drop me a message on my talk page.--Davidvaughanwells (talk) 12:25, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
