WR HEX colour codes

Does anyone know what the HEX code is for the region colour?

The same goes for the other regions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and rewards will be given!

I've added in the codes here based on information obtained from the user who originally created the totem images. What's the reward ;) ? Reading West Viaduct
